At Modern Home Craft, we take pride in delivering high-quality furniture and interior solutions. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Custom-made, built-to-order, or installation-based products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-built furniture
- Personalized or made-to-order products
- Installed or assembled products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production or dispatch begins.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
